Shipping policy

Where I deliver. I sell within the United States only.

San Diego County: free hand delivery. If you live in San Diego County, I'll bring your painting to you myself, at no charge. We'll pick a time together after you order.

Everywhere else in the US. Shipping is a flat rate based on the size of the painting. You'll see it at checkout before you pay.

How it's packed. An oil and cold wax surface should never be pressed, so nothing touches the painted face. Each painting is held by its edges, with a rigid cover sitting above the surface, inside a double box.

When it ships. Every painting is fully cured before it leaves the studio, and ships within 5 business days of your order. If it's hanging in a showing when you buy it, it ships when the showing closes, and I'll tell you the date. I ship early in the week, so your painting never sits in a warehouse over a weekend. You'll get a tracking number by email.

[Summer. During the hottest months I may hold shipments to very hot regions until temperatures drop. If that affects your order, I'll let you know.]

When it arrives. Open the box soon after delivery, and keep the painting out of hot cars and direct sun. If anything arrived damaged, see the Refund Policy.
